The muscle groups trained here are the upper back muscles, the trapezius muscle and the biceps.
1. Sit with your face towards the headrest and rest your feet on the slide board. Grip the handles with both hands and turn the palms so that they are facing one another.
2. Keep your back and upper body straight and pull your arms towards your body. Keep your arms at shoulder width apart and close to your body. Breathe out as you pull in your arms.
3. Breathe in as you slowly return your arms to the starting position again.
