1. Lie flat on the slide board and rest your feet on the footrest approx. 7 cm apart. Grip the handles, fully extend your arms and pull the handles to the sides.
2. Hold your upper arms firmly by your sides, breathe in and bend your elbows so that your arms move down to your shoulders.
3. Breathe out as you pull in your arms. Breathe in as you slowly return your arms to the starting position again.
